As a result of our location in the capital and the accumulated experience of our team, whether with the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), or in control bodies, such as the Federal Audit Court (TCU) or in the most different regulatory agencies ( such as ANTT, ANP, ANTAQ, ANAC and ANP), our operations encompass the following services:

In this context, we assist clients in attack and defense strategies, carrying out a risk assessment and sponsoring the monitoring of the administrative process before Cade, in its different phases.

Development of antitrust compliance programs aimed at preventing anti-competitive conduct and aimed at guiding best competition practices, in order to identify possible areas of exposure and risk;

At the Federal Audit Court (TCU), we assist interested parties in various Accounting and Accounting processes and inspection procedures within the Court.
